The birth records (Italian)in these pages are often the source for the birth dates that are noted in the family trees. In some cases, the birth date I use is actually the date the birth was recorded and not the actual birth date. The records are hard to read and since there will be mistakes made in conflicting dates found in vital records, you are encouraged to e-mail me. I will be happy to discuss any questions or comments you may have and make changes accordingly.

I am finally including source information in my family trees. Always cite your sources as you find your information and not years later. I speak from experience.

I have a lot of information that has been given to me by others and I include that information only after receiving permission and making sure to always note the name of the researcher as the contributing source.
