First Generation



1. Clyde Vernon Hicks 1 was born on 17 Sep 1933 in Washington, District of Columbia and died on 4 Jun 2000 in Pleasantville, New Jersey2 at age 66.

Vernon was a member of the Potowatami Tribe in Oklahoma. He volunteered at the food banks operated by both the Epiphany Lutheran Church in Pleasantville and Assembly of God Church in Hammonton. He enjoyed his relationship with his family and his "Daily Taxi Service". He served with the Marine Corps during the Korean War in a demolition division. He was a life member and Past Commander of Absecon VFW Post 9462.

Clyde married Sharon.
